Here I am going to discus some basic rules about IBPS Examination. You should know the rules and regulations of IBPS before applying it.
IBPS Online Application 2013 :IBPS Application 2013 is expected to be stats on August 2013. Still there is no such notification has been published on the official website of ibps.
IBPS is responsible for conducting CWE, interviews & allotting qualified candidates to one of the 19 participating banks. Only State bank of India & its associates are not part of this group. SBI is conducting its own exam separately.
Role of IBPS:IBPS had introduced the Common Written Exams for Selection of Clerks, Probationary Officers and Specialist Officers.Successful students in the CWE are issued scorecards based on their performance in the IBPS exam.The scorecard is mandatory to apply for Jobs in Public Sector banks
Expected New Rules For IBPS-3There will be certain rule will be imposed on IBPS CWE 2013. Government of India Has proposed some rules for IBPS PO 2013.
Some Of The Important Rules:Age limit of The Candidates : 20 to 28 years (For PO & Clerk) General category
Educational Qualification: Minimum 60% marks in graduation for PO & Pass in degree for clerical
These conditions could feature as part of the new eligibility criteria for IBPS PO CWE 2013 because the institute had already implemented them for clerk common exam concluded recently.
Pattern of Common Entrance Examination :
- Total Marks : 250 Marks (Negative marking is applicable)
- Total Questions :250 Question
- Duration of Exam : 150 Minutes
Question Pattern of IBPS:
- Reasoning : 40 Questions Maximum 40 marks
- English Language : 40 Questions Maximum 40 marks
- Numerical Ability or Quantitative Aptitude : 40 Question Max. 40 marks
- General Awareness : 40 Questions Max. 40 marks
- Computer Knowledge : 40 Questions Max. 40 marks
