OSSTET 2018 Online Application Form & Registration


BSE, Odisha has published the Odisha Secondary School Teacher  Eligibility Test (OSSTET 2018) to determine the eligibility of the candidates for the post of High School Teacher. The candidates those want to became a teacher in High School that is (Class IX to X) can apply via online mode to appear the examination. The online registration is going to start from 10/09/2018, 12:00 noon to 17/09/2018 11:45pm. Candidates can deposit the fee through online or offline mode. Online payment via SBI Collect must be completed by 11.45 pm of  17/09/2018 11:45pm. However submission of information in the online application can be done till midnight of 18/09/2018 11:45pm. OSSTET 2018 Registration Process:

Before applying for OSSTET you should read the step by step process to apply online with out any error.


Step 1:

Click on the below given link to go to the OSSTET registration website, You will see a page as shown

  • Enter your  full name, password you want to create for your account, confirm that password, enter your personal mobile number and personal email. 
  • Then click on the SUBMIT button.
  • After submitting the details you will see a page which ask you to enter your Email Id and Password as shown below.


STEP 2 :


  • Now enter your email id and password and click on LOGIN.
  • Now you will see a page as shown below

  • To get the Verification code, login to your email id and copy the code and paste it on the box and click on the VERIFY button.
  • You are done, now login with you email id and password. You will see a page as shown below.
STEP 3 :

Click on the "Click Here to Pay Application Fee ". You will be directed to SBI Collect website. Where you have to pay the fee. You will see a page as shown below.



Now put TICK mark on the box and click on PROCEED button. You will see a page as shown below.


STEP 4:

Now choose Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test on the ox. You will see a form as shown below. You have to fill that form. Then click on the SUBMIT Button.



Again you will see a page to CONFIRM the details. Click on the confirm button. You will find a page as shown below.


STEP 5 :


Now choose the method by which you want to pay the fee. You can pay the fee via DEBIT CARD, Internet  Banking or Offline method that is Challan.

This the competition of the PAYMENT. After paying the fee you will get a "DU Reference Number"

After paying the fee wait for 12 hour. Again login to your OSSTET account by your email id and 
password.


Click on the SUBMIT DU reference No. Button.


STEP 6 :

After completing the above 5 steps you will find the application form. In that application form there are 4 sections.


Application form has the following four sections. 

    (a)  Personal Information 

    (b)  Eligibility Criteria 

    (c)  Educational Qualification 

    (d)  Declaration

After filling all the details, submit the application form. And take the print out of the application for your reference. No hard copy will be sent to the office. 



Qualification Required For OSSTET 2018 :

Post : Trained Graduate Science (PCM/ CBZ) 

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree  in science with two schools subject as Honours/ Elective / 
Pass/ Optional (list of  school subjects  at annexure-I)  from a recognised university  having  50% marks in aggregate (45%  for SC/ ST /PH / SEBC candidates). 

AND 
Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) from a NCTE Recognised Institution. 

OR 
Four year integrated B.Sc.B.Ed from a NCTE Recognised Institution with two school subjects as Honours/ Elective / Pass/ Optional (list of school subjects at annexure-I) having 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ ST/ PH/ SEBC candidates). 

Post : Hindi Teacher 

Qualification Required :
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University with Hindi as one of the Honours/ Elective/ Optional/ Pass subject with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ ST/ PH/ SEBC candidates.)

AND
Any one of the following training qualifications.
a)   Hindi Sikshyan Parangat from Kendriya Hindi Sansthan, Agra.
b)  B.H.Ed. a course prescribed by NCTE, from a recognized University/ Institution.
c)  B.Ed in Hindi, a course prescribed by NCTE , from Dakhin Bharat  Hindi Prachar Sabha, Madras.
OR 
2.  Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ ST/ PH/ SEBC candidates)

WITH  
One of the following qualifications :
a)  Rastrabhasa Ratna from Rastrabhasa Prachar Samiti, Wardha,
b)  Shastri (Hindi) from Orissa Rastrabhasa Parisad, Puri.
c)  Snataka (Acquired by June  -2005, the date up to which the temporary recognition has been granted) from Hindi Sikshya Samiti, Odisha, Cuttack.

AND   
One of the following Training qualifications;
a)  Hindi Sikshyan Parangat from Kendriya Hindi Sansthan, Agra.
b)  B.H.Ed. a course prescribed by NCTE, from a recognized University/ Institution.
c)  B.Ed in Hindi, a course prescribed by NCTE, from Dakhin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Madras


Post : Classical Teacher (Sanskrit) 

Qualification Required :

Bachelor’s Degree with Sanskrit as one of the Honours/ Elective / Optional/ Pass subject from a recognised university with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ ST/ PH/ SEBC Candidates)

AND
Sikshya Shastri (Sanskrit), a course prescribed by NCTE, from a Recognised University/ Institution.

OR 
Shastri (Sanskrit) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ ST/ PH/ SEBC candidates) from a recognized university

AND   
Sikshya Shastri (Sanskrit), a course prescribed by NCTE, from a Recognised University/ Institution.

Post : Classical Teacher (Urdu)

Qualification Required :
Alim with 50% marks in aggregate (45% for PH candidates).

AND 
B.Ed./ Urdu B.Ed. from a NCTE Recognised University/ Institution.

OR
B.A. (Persian) WITH 50% marks in aggregate (45% PH Candidates)

AND 
B.Ed./ Urdu B.Ed. from a NCTE Recognised University/ Institution.


Post : Classical Teacher (Telgu) 

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts having Telgu as subject with minimum 50% marks
in aggregate (45% for SC/ ST/ PH/ SEBC) candidates)

AND 
Telgu B. Ed. from a University / Institution recognized by NCTE.


Post Name :; Physical Education Teacher 

+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized institution with minimum
50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ ST/ PH/ SEBC) candidates).

AND   
C.P.Ed./ B.P.Ed./ M.P.Ed. From a recognized Board/ University.
