OJEE 2021 E-Counselling Online Registration & Choice Filling Process


Odisha JEE , OJEE 2021E-Counselling Registration & Choice Filling Process is described below. Odisha Joint Entrance Examination OJEE 2021 result has been published on 30th  August 2021. Odisha JEE online Registration and Choice filling starts from 26-06- 2021. The admission to B.Tech (Lateral), M.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Pharm courses will be done by OJEE 2018 Rank.  Students should register their OJEE Rank Card in the website ww.ojee.nic.in to participate in the counselling process . 2nd OJEE 2021 Notice 
2nd /Special OJEE for B.Tech., Lateral Entry to B.Tech., MBA and MCA will be held on 22.07.2021 (SUNDAY). For other details please visit:- ojee.nic.in/www.odishajee.com. 
Syllabus for Examination: For B.TECH as per JEE MAIN 2021, For Lateral Entryto B.TECH, MBA and MCA the syllabus are same as of OJEE 2021 InformationBrochure.
Candidates, who have rank in JEE MAIN 2021 for BTECH or OJEE 2021 for Lateral Entry to BTECH/ MBA/MCA are not required to appear the 2nd /Special OJEE.
  1. Date of Examination : 22.07.2021 (SUNDAY)
  2. Duration of Examination: 1 Hour (60 Multiple Choice Question type)
  3. Time: 10AM to 11AM.

  1. Online Application with fee : 25.06.2021 to 13.07.2021
  2. Download of Admit Card Start : 18.07.2021
  3. Date of Examination : 22.07.2021
  4. Result Publication : 25.07.2021
  5. Download Rank Card and Online Registration Choice Filling : 27.07.2021 to 29.07.2021
  6. Allotment 1 : 30.07.2021
  7. Document verification at nodal center: 01.08.2021 to 02.08.2021
  8. Final allotment and reporting to the college: 03.08.2021



OJEE E-Counselling 2021 Steps :

Odisha JEE online counselling consists of following steps. Read each step in detail as mentioned below for error free admission
  1. Registration and Choice Filling through  Odisha JEE website
  2. Document verification at the Nodal center, Final Choice Locking, Payment of counselling fee and Admission fee at the nodal centre at the time of final locking
  3. Provisional seat allotment
  4. Withdrawal process for students
  5. Final Seat Allotment 
  6. Reporting at the final allotted college

OJEE Counselling Process 2021

STEP-1 : 

Online Registration & Choice Filling:

First students have to register their name and Rank card in the OJEE Website. To register, follow the below given steps
  1. Visit OJEE Website Click Here
  2. Now click on the "NEW REGISTRATION , then "I Agree ", then Choose your Course from a list of course (Viz: Engineering, Pharmacy, MBA, MCA)
  3. Now Enter your Roll Number and Other Details then submit.
  4. Now Click on the "CHOICE FILLING" menu
  5. Then choose the name of the college in which you want to get your admission. 
  6. Now take a print out of the filled choice in a A4 size paper.
Now the registration and Choice filling is over. Now follow the next step.

STEP-2 : 

Document Verification, Choice Locking


After the end of online registration, OJEE will publish the list of Nodal Centre for document verification according to your OJEE Ranks.

On the day of "Document Verification" go to the Nodal Centre which is allotted to you along with all original documents and two DRAFT . One draft is of Rs 450/- (Counselling Fee) and another is the admission fee Rs 5000/ (Admission Fee)- The Draft will be drawn in any Nationalize bank in favor of "OJEE 2021" payable at Bhubaneswar.

Documents Required for Verification

You have to come to the Nodal centre with the Original and 3 copies of each certificates mentioned below.

1. Original OJEE Rank 2021 Card


2. Online registration slip of OJEE 2021

3. 10th Board certificate

4. +2 Pass/+3 Pass certificate or Diploma Certificate For Lateral Students

5. +2 Mark Shee/+3 Mark-sheet or Diploma Mark-sheet

6. SLC or CLC

7. Certificate of NRI for Non residential Indian

8. Resident Certificate

9. Caste Certificate for Reserved category

10. Draft of Rs 450/- as Counselling Fee

11. Draft of Rs 5000/- as Admission Fee
The verifying officer will verify all your certificates and then he will keep the Xerox copies of each certificates and the Draft and return you the Original.

At the end, the final choice locking will be done. After choice locking, no one can change their choice.


STEP- 3 : 

OJEE Provisional Seat Allotment :

After the end of document verification, the Provisional Seat Allotment will be declared. The candidates will be allotted a seat in any engineering college according to their rank. But it is not final allotment. A candidates can with draw from the counselling process 

Withdrawal Process:

If a students don't want to take admission in any college then he can withdraw himself from the counselling process . To with draw, he has to go to the Nodal centre, and give an application. Your Draft of Rs 5000/- admission fee will be refund to him.

STEP- 4 : 

Final Seat Allotment : 

After the withdrawal process, Odisha JEE will again publish the Final Seat allotment. Every students will be allotted a seat based on his/her Rank. A student can not change his/her college after Final Allotment.

STEP- 5 : 

Reporting And Admission :-

Now the candidate should download and Print the Final Allotment letter, and go to the allotted college with his CLC and Required Admission fee. Here the final admission will be done.
