Pharmacist : D-Pharma from any institute  or Relevant Degree.
Medical Officer (Ayush) : BHMS / BAMS / BUMS  or Relevant Degree.

Application Fee:
For Gen Rs. 100/-
For SC/ST, PWD, & Female Rs. 50/-
Pay Examination fee through Debit/credit card or Net Banking or challan in any branch of SBI or Computerized Post Office Pay-in-Slip.
